Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to everyone using our Discord server "Nobody Workz" and related community channels (e.g. ticket/bridge channels, bot DMs). They supplement Discord''s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which apply additionally. By joining our server you accept these guidelines.

1. Core principles

• Respect: treat other members politely. Personal attacks, insults, hate or discrimination (even framed as "fun" or "roleplay outside designated channels") are not tolerated.
• Channel topic: stick to each channel''s purpose (e.g. support, showcase, off-topic). Move long discussions into appropriate threads.
• Language: German and English are welcome. In support channels, please prefer the language indicated by the channel tag.
• Privacy: do not share third-party personal data without their consent. Do not publish private conversations.

2. Prohibited behaviour

The following actions can lead, depending on severity and repetition, to a warning, timeout, temporary or permanent ban:

• spam, mass pings, advertising other services without permission, affiliate links without context.
• hate speech, incitement, discrimination based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
• harassment, stalking, targeted provocation, "brigading".
• pornography, sexualised content, content glorifying violence or otherwise disturbing media outside explicitly designated, age-gated channels (if any such channels exist).
• doxxing (publishing private data), threats, calls to self-harm.
• copyright infringement, distribution of stolen content (especially our studio assets — see EULA).
• malware, phishing links, fake login prompts.
• circumventing warnings, mutes or bans (e.g. with secondary accounts).

3. Roleplay- and FiveM-specific rules

• Server topics: discussions about cheats, hacks, modifications aimed at circumventing server or game protection mechanisms are prohibited.
• Asset sharing: sharing or requesting leaked/cracked assets (also from third parties) is prohibited. Verified official vendors may link to their official webstore.
• Showcase: share your own works in the designated channel; please credit any third-party content used.

4. Moderation

(1) Moderation is carried out by the owners and named moderators. In the event of a violation, the moderation team decides on the measure at its reasonable discretion.

(2) Escalation steps (guideline):

• warning (notice in the channel or by DM)
• timeout (temporary write/speak ban)
• temporary ban
• permanent ban

(3) In case of severe violations (in particular section 2 bullets 3–6) immediate measures without prior warning may be applied.

5. Reports / complaints

• You can report violations at any time via Discord''s report function or by mentioning a moderator in a public channel.
• Sensitive matters (in particular harassment, doxxing, illegal content) please report by direct message to a moderator or by e-mail to support@nobodyworkz.eu — we treat such reports confidentially.
• For allegedly unlawful content, our Notice-and-Action procedure under the abuse / reporting policy applies in addition.

6. Appeal against moderation decisions

If you disagree with a moderation decision, you can contact the moderator who issued it by direct message or formally object by e-mail to support@nobodyworkz.eu. We review every appeal; obviously unjustified decisions are corrected.

7. Data and personal rights

Within our Discord server we process only the data required for moderation (Discord user ID, violations, moderation actions). Details: see Privacy Policy (sections 5, 8 and 16). Discord, Inc. acts as an independent controller for the platform.

8. Changes

We update these Community Guidelines whenever the server evolves or legal requirements make it necessary. The version published on this page applies. The current version can be retrieved at any time via the bot slash command /rules.
