As a small business within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and do not show VAT separately on invoices. Accordingly, we do not hold a VAT identification number (Section 27a UStG), and none is required.

Consumer dispute resolution (Section 36 VSBG)

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7(1) DDG and general law. However, under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without undue delay.
