Abuse & Reporting (Notice-and-Action)

As a hosting service provider (hosting service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – Digital Services Act, DSA), we provide a procedure by which allegedly illegal content or abuse can be reported (Article 16 DSA).

1. Contact / Reporting Point

Please send reports to: support@nobodyworkz.eu (subject: "Abuse" or "Report illegal content"). The point of contact is available in German and English.

2. What should a report contain?

So that we can process a report quickly, please provide:

• a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is allegedly illegal,
• the exact electronic location (e.g. URL/domain/IP) where the content is accessible,
• your name and e-mail address (except for suspected offences relating to the sexual self-determination of minors),
• a statement that you are convinced in good faith of the accuracy of your information.

3. Processing

(1) We confirm receipt of a report and process it in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner.

(2) If we determine that content is illegal or violates our T&C/AUP, we take appropriate measures (e.g. blocking or removal of the content, suspension of the affected service). In the case of criminal content, we may be legally obliged to inform the authorities.

(3) Where legally permissible and where we have the contact details, we inform the reporting person and the affected customer of the decision taken and its essential reasons.

4. Rights of the Affected Customer

If a customer's content is blocked or removed, the customer receives – where permissible – a statement of reasons. The customer may object to the decision and submit comments; manifestly unfounded measures will be corrected.

5. Abusive Reports

We reserve the right to suspend the processing of reports if a person repeatedly submits manifestly unfounded reports.

6. Authorities

We process orders from competent judicial or administrative authorities to act against illegal content or to provide information in accordance with the statutory requirements (Articles 9, 10 DSA).
