Availability & Service Description
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This description explains how we operate our services. It does not constitute a legally binding availability guarantee unless a service level has been expressly and separately agreed (Section 7 of the T&C).
1. Targeted Availability
We operate our services with the aim of high availability. For this purpose, we use data centres in Germany and the Netherlands that are designed to the Tier III standard and connected carrier-neutrally to multiple networks. A specific percentage availability is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
2. Protection and Monitoring Measures
- DDoS protection to mitigate volumetric attacks,
- 24/7 monitoring of the infrastructure,
- redundant connectivity via multiple network operators (carrier-neutral, internet exchange connectivity).
3. Maintenance
Planned maintenance is carried out where possible during off-peak times and – where reasonable – announced in advance. Necessary immediate measures (e.g. security-critical updates) may also be carried out without prior notice.
4. Exclusions
Times for which the Provider is not responsible are excluded from the targeted availability, in particular force majeure, disruptions of upstream networks or infrastructure partners, attacks by third parties, faulty configuration or software of the Customer, and planned maintenance.
5. Support
Support is provided via the ticket/support function in the customer portal and by e-mail to support@nobodyworkz.eu. We process requests promptly; fixed response times are only assured where expressly agreed.
6. Data Backup
Unless a backup scope of service is expressly agreed, the Customer is responsible for the regular backup of their data (Section 8 of the T&C).
Automatic backups (game servers). A daily automatic backup can be switched on for game servers in the customer portal. For these automatically created backups:
- They are deleted after 7 days.
- The most recent backup is always retained, even if it is older than 7 days.
- The number of backups held at the same time per game server is additionally limited (2 backup slots by default). Once the limit is reached, a new backup replaces the oldest one. This means a continuous history covering a full 7 days does not build up.
- Backups the Customer creates themselves are not deleted by age. Backups marked as locked are never affected by automatic deletion.
Backups of virtual servers. Backups of virtual servers (VMs) are created by the Customer within the booked backup slots; they are not deleted by age.
The retention period currently in effect is shown in the customer portal directly at the automatic backup switch.
